We want to ensure that you are aware of the tactics used by fraudsters and how to protect yourself from falling victim to these scams.
One common form of employment fraud involves individuals posing as recruiters and offering non-existent job opportunities. These fraudsters may request money or sensitive information from unsuspecting candidates under the guise of securing employment.
NovaNetwork takes the following precautions to safeguard our candidates:
No Fees: We will never charge job candidates any fees for our services. If someone claims to represent NovaNetwork and requests payment, it is likely a scam.
- Secure Communication: We will never ask job applicants to send materials or provide sensitive information through instant messaging services such as Telegram. All communication regarding job opportunities will be conducted through official email channels.
- No Freelance Platforms: We do not post job openings on freelance platforms like Fiverr or Upwork, nor do we connect with job applicants through these platforms. Any job postings or communications claiming to be from NovaNetwork on these platforms are fraudulent.
- Authorized Operations: We only hire candidates for positions in countries where we are authorized to operate. Please refer to the drop-down menu in the footer of our website to view the list of countries where NovaNetwork operates.
- If you receive any suspicious communications that reference NovaNetwork or any of our practice groups, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately at contact@novanetwork.nl. Suspicious communications may include requests for personal information or payment via email, instant messaging, or social media.
