As a Customer Relations and Sales Ambassador (German), you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role combines customer service and sales support, focusing on helping German-speaking clients with inquiries, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Availability of 24 to 40 hours per week
Must be located in or able to work from Amsterdam
Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus
Professional attitude and a customer-first mindset
Fluent German language skills (spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to solve problems efficiently and think proactively
Comfortable in a sales-oriented customer service environment
Basic computer and CRM system knowledge
Minimum education: HBO level (Higher Professional Education)
Salary: €2,622 per month
