IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Currently based in the Netherlands, or European Union.
  • A professional English speaker; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong in written and verbal communication
  • Motivated, responsible, and customer-focused
  • Empathetic, adaptable, and interested in the fintech industry
  • Prior experience in customer support is advantageous
  • Holds a college or university diploma/degree
Responsible For
RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role, you will be a key part of our client’s customer support team, providing assistance and ensuring an outstanding experience for customers. Working closely with an experienced mentor, you’ll receive weekly training and access to masterclasses to further develop your skills.
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assisting customers in understanding services and guiding them through the onboarding process
  • Sending documents and providing guidance about relevant services
  • Handling issues related to cryptocurrency and asset recovery with patience and empathy
  • Ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of customer concerns
  • Documenting feedback and collaborating with the team to enhance service offering
