Responsible For

This isn’t just pushing orders through a system. This is about making sure every transaction runs like clockwork, every customer feels taken care of, and every dollar ends up where it should.

  • Own the order process. From start to finish, you’ll make sure every order is accurate, complete, and delivered on time. No errors, no excuses.
  • Work across teams. Sales, logistics, finance—you connect the dots, confirm details, and fix discrepancies before they become problems.

  • Deliver on time, every time. When delays happen, you don’t just report them—you solve them. You’ll work with logistics to keep things moving and keep customers informed.
  • Be the voice customers trust. Answer their questions, solve their issues, and make their experience so seamless, they don’t have to ask twice.
  • Turn good service into great relationships. Anticipate needs, improve processes, and keep customers coming back.
  • Invoice with precision. Generate accurate, timely invoices. Work with finance to ensure everything is coded and documented correctly. If there’s a billing issue, you don’t just flag it—you fix it.
